Privacy Policy.- We are not bound to strictly comply with the Australian Privacy Principles, but we think it’s important to show you what information we collect and what we do and don’t do with your information.

The nature of the services we provide means we gather and curate intimate stories which could contain personal information and potentially sensitive information.

9.Sharing outside AustraliaSome of our suppliers are outside Australia. We may share your information outside Australia.
- Overseas suppliers might not be governed by the Privacy Act and might not comply with the Australian Privacy Principles. If those parties breach the Privacy Principles, you aren’t protected by the Privacy Act.
- By giving us your information, you consent to us disclosing it outside Australia and acknowledge we don’t have to ensure overseas recipients manage your personal information in line with AU Privacy Law.
Extra information for specific users- Children will need parent or guardian permission. Story Collections are great for children of all ages but we do not specifically market our Services to children under the age of 13 years old.
EU General Data Protection Regulation- You may have further rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (the GDPR) if it applies to you.

We use third party platforms to provide our Services to you- We use various suppliers in our service delivery.
- Recording audio is a key part of our Service, so if you contribute to a Collection or buy our Services, you may also need to comply with our third party platform provider’s terms.
