1. Once you reach out to us with celebration details and approximate number of guests, you will receive a quote and questionnaire. From there, your main role is to gather the story guests contact details. Once a deposit is paid, you will receive an invitation to forward to your guests via email or SMS. This will guide them to a secure website, where they can directly record their messages - no fiddling with apps or tricky external technology.
We then edit their audio expertly to music, adding in special personal touches to create a beautiful and memorable listening experience. The audio is delivered via a secure, custom website. On their special day, your gift recipient simply needs to get comfortable and click play on their mobile phone or computer to immerse themselves in their unique experience.

2. A typical project timeline is 4 to 6 weeks. Story Guests are given 2 or 3 weeks to record their message and audio editing typically takes 2 or 3 weeks depending on the chosen Collection. If your loved one's special event is sooner than this, please contact us to discuss your timing.

3. You will receive The Story Collection Mp3 audio file via email before the final Event Date. You are welcome to review this audio (one round of edits) however, this step is optional, as some clients choose not to listen to the curated audio before their loved one receives their gift.

4. Starting at $150, the cost of your Collection will depend on the number of invited story guests and the chosen length of recording time. Once you have nominated the number of guests, you will receive a customised quote and contract. When your contract is signed and 30% deposit is paid, a custom voice-recording webpage and invitation will be designed for your guests. The remaining 70% is due before your guest's story deadline, for editing and story curation to begin.

5. We want to make your guests comfortable so they can enjoy this unique moment to share their thoughts. Clear instructions are included in the voice-recording webpage, but if technology is overwhelming for any of your guests, a message can be recorded over the phone.

Copyright laws prevent us from including commercial music, but each song in the Collection will be carefully chosen to reflect each spoken message.
